Editorial Policy
How articles on subsecond.io are produced, reviewed and corrected.
What we publish
Two kinds of article. Market mover reports cover a specific ticker that is moving today and explain what the scanner saw and what the reported catalyst is. Educational guides explain the concepts behind the scanner, such as relative volume, float and halts.
We do not publish price targets, buy or sell recommendations, or personalised advice. Nothing we publish is a suggestion that you should trade any security.
Independence
We do not accept paid placements, sponsored posts, guest posts or affiliate links. Nobody outside Subsecond can pay to be mentioned.
How articles are produced
Mover reports start from the scanner's own data: the time a ticker was flagged, the trigger that matched, and the relative volume at that moment. A named catalyst with a link to the primary source is required, so a filing, an exchange notice, a company release or a first-hand report. If we cannot name and link the catalyst, the article is not published.
Every article is read and approved by a named human before publication and carries that person's byline. Nothing publishes automatically.
Dates and updates
Each article shows one published date and, if it has changed materially, one updated date. Intraday developments are appended as dated blocks rather than folded silently into the original text. Market timestamps inside the body, such as the time a ticker was flagged, are not the publication date.
Corrections
Email support@subsecond.io with "Correction" in the subject line. Material errors are fixed in place, normally within two business days of a report, with a dated correction note at the foot of the article.
Positions
Malek may or may not hold positions in the securities mentioned on this site, and those positions can change at any time without notice.
Not advice
Subsecond is a scanning and analytics tool, not a broker or investment adviser. Nothing on this site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and nothing here is an offer or a solicitation of an offer. Market data in articles is as observed at the stated time and may be delayed or revised. Past moves do not predict future moves, and trading involves risk of loss.
